A successful and busy Motorsport company is looking for an experienced and professional Automotive Parts Technical Engineer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate must be a confident communicator with excellent selling skills. This is position is permanently office based. The successful candidate will be able to: · Liaise with customers in an internal sales capacity via telephone, fax, email and internet orders. · Occasionally deal with sales enquiries face to face as a representative on the sales counter. · Assist with our annual stock take. · Work individually and as a member of a team. · Must have excellent selling skills to maximise the sales potential of incoming enquiries. · Deliver high standards of customer service. · Confidently converse with clients and customers about performance upgrades and modifications. · Handling goods, wrapping, packing and dispatching including processing returns. The position requires: · Experience and knowledge in the Motor Trade industry essential. · Strong sales skills. · Computer literate. · Sage Line 50 experience preferred but not essential. · Have a hands-on approach. · Relevant experience essential. · An excellent telephone manner. · Be confident and dynamic. · Must have own transport and live locally due to location. Please specify your current salary on application. This is a full time position working within the Parts and Distribution team, working a 40 hour week with paid overtime available.
