Company ScanTech Offshore is a leading provider of products and services to the well testing sector worldwide Job Purpose Manage all marketing related activities and deliver on key marketing objectives Role & Responsibilities Prepare monthly & quarterly business reviews for customers Maintaining, editing and updating company website, LinkedIn page and YouTube Provide marketing support to each of the Scantech offices. Managing memberships and renewals Updating and reporting on CRM system Receiving enquiries through sales and enquiries web addresses and passing onto appropriate sales managers Compiling sales team information for internal quarterly meetings. Researching and compiling rig reports for sales managers on monthly basis Attending monthly internal meetings, minute keeping if required Coordinating, designing and sending out mailshots. Developing knowledge/understanding of Scantech products and services Maintaining contracts register & filing of Master service agreements with up to date versions of contracts Manage marketing budget Assisting sales director, sales managers and MD with any requests for admin/marketing requirements Research and keep full calendar of events spanning year ahead for conventions, exhibitions, meetings Required Experience Job Specific / Technical Skills : Microsoft office, including word, excel and PowerPoint Previous experience working within a marketing department/team Strong time management skills Adaptability to manage multiple ongoing projects and work at pace Behaviors: Self-motivation - Working alone unprompted/unsupervised and also with team Ability to build relationships both internally and externally Strong communication and Influencing Skills Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions Qualifications HNC/HND or equivalent educational qualification in sales & marketing (preferred but not essential) James Fisher and Sons plc and all subsidiary businesses are committed to creating a diverse workforce and are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
