HR Partner (Part Time / Full Time) Bath, Somerset £30,000 - £35,000 DOE If you’re a personable and proactive HR professional with advisory level experience, this is a brilliant opportunity to develop your career with a pioneering business. Our client is a fast-growing human resources support company that provides cost effective HR services for small businesses. They are now looking for an HR Partner to join their team. As an HR Partner, you’ll be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to our client’s small business customers. Under the guidance of experienced HR Consultants, you’ll provide customers with up-to-date, legally compliant, pragmatic HR advice on a wide range of matters, from policy writing through to employee relations. You’ll also review and update customers’ HR documentation, as well as maintaining our client’s suite of template policies, documents and guides. As a large amount of your advice will be delivered via email and there will be a number of reports to complete, an excellent standard of written English will be an essential skill. To be considered, you must have: - At least three years’ experience as an HR advisor or equivalent - Excellent standard of written English - A demonstrable track record of using MS Office applications Friendly and flexible, as an HR Partner you must be a confident communicator with a positive, 'can do’ attitude. The ability to work on your own initiative is also key. Ideally, you will be a Chartered MCIPD or you’ll be working towards this, but this is by no means essential. A degree (or equivalent) would also be advantageous, as would experience of working with small and medium sized companies. Our client will consider part time or reduced hours for the right candidate, but they would like a presence in the office at least 4 days per week.
