Desktop Support Team Leader - Luton Package: Up to £32k Plus Benefits Role: Permanent My client require a Desktop Support Team Leader to manage and lead a team of Desktop Engineer to support the Desktop Estate providing both hardware and software support to our client based in Luton. Duties: Team leading skills to support the desktop environment serviced by our outsourcing division as incidents arise Diagnose and resolve technical issues and team member issues Setting up and configuring new hardware devices as the business required in line with priorities Ensuring that internal processes are followed and that logs are updated in an accurate and timely manner Consistently providing a high level of customer focus and understanding the needs of the business, must be able to represent the company at a customer level Ability to recognise and resolve customer impacting events as they arise Conduct investigations of operational problems, makes proposals for improvement and implements them when appropriate. Provision of out of hours support via home VPN on a rota basis. Key Skills: Minimum of two years' experience in a Service Delivery environment Minimum of two years desktop experience Ability to work unsupervised once tasks have been allocated Knowledge of Problem Solving techniques Knowledge of SCCM or similar software delivery techniques Knowledge of Administrating Office 365 Full UK Driving Licence Key words, desktop support We are an Employment Business and an Employment Agency as defined within The Conduct of Employment Agencies & Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 This job was originally posted as
