Talent Development Manager London Up to 75k An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development professional who has a clear passion for talent development to join a market leading financial services firm based in central London. Working closely with the wider Learning and Development and Talent team, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the design and delivery of the company's Learning and Talent programmes and processes across an employee base of 2,000. Key responsibilities: To be an expert in the talent review and performance management processes To define mandatory training objectives. Programme manage all Learning and Development, Talent and OD projects end to end and be able to demonstrate ROI Deliver blended learning solutions in line with the company IT infrastructure Act as a mentor to the wider learning and development team, providing advice and guidance In order to be considered for this opportunity you must: Have previous experience in a Talent Development focussed role HAVE WORKED WITHIN A FINANCIAL SERVICES ENVIRONMENT (this is essential) Have proven experience of writing and delivering a range of training material Be an able communicator and comfortable building relationships with senior managers Be degree educated and ideally CIPD qualified Be happy to do occasional travel throughout Europe If you are a Highly skilled Talent Development professional looking for your next challenge and believe you meet all of the above criteria, please email your CV to or call Katie Wilson on 0121 450 5030.
