Due to increasing growth of the business this well-established water treatment company is actively seeking an experienced Legionella Consultant to cover contracts in the South Midlands area, applications will be accepted from Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and the surrounding areas. Job requirements: - Must have prior experience working within this role and within the water treatment/hygiene industry - managing projects, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments and managing Quality Systems. Ideally some auditing experience would be an advantage. - Come from a good educational chemical, technical, legionella, auditing and water treatment/water hygiene background. - Ideally, have attended an approved Risk Assessment course, City and Guilds, or have had internal training courses, and must have good working knowledge of commercial and industrial water systems, supplies and water regulations governing these. - Be well versed with the water treatment/water hygiene industry - ACOP L8 and working knowledge of water systems. - Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package. - Demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal. Key Responsibilities: - Carrying out technical reviews, audits and reports - Risk assessments, cooling systems etc., ensuring that staff and clients are provided with the right information. - Producing schematic drawings and final documents. - Getting involved with the service agreements - documents are controlled effectively. - Liaising with the company's portfolio of clients - with regards to results and action taken. - Get involved with ad-hoc duties when required. - Managing Legionella Risk Assessors and attending sites as and when required. - Staff allocation.
