Leading Financial Services client near London Bridge now requires an experienced 1st / 2nd Line Support Manager to head up their UK operations. To be considered for this role you will need the following skills, knowledge and experience: 5 years experience of Support/helpdesk Experience of leading teams (6 members) Past experience providing leadership which enables professional decision making and effective team working Previous experience coaching and developing teams on a daily basis A good understanding of relevant areas of I.T. and a good understanding of MS Office and other common tools.
