A well-known media company is on the hunt for a Digital Product Manager to join their team for 3 months. You'll be joining a team that is responsible for owning and optimising digital journeys as well as curating the digital ecosystem and its integration into the business. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for creating seamless experiences that will drive consumers to use various different digital channels. The journeys will need to be optimised and the business will need to be educated on how to embrace digital. Responsibilities include: - Management of user journeys to ensure consistency across all digital platforms - Tracking and testing journeys to ensure the correct user journey - Working closely with the Test team to deliver optimal results - Utilising customer data and insight to make informed decisions about how customers are using the various digital platforms - Perform duties of the Business Owner in the delivery of new digital requirements - Work with the digital studio teams to ensure the digital experiences are of the high level expected You'll need to have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships and have experience of working in a commercial environment.
