Agile Project Manager, Delivery Lead, E-commerce, Agile THE COMPANY Looking for an Agile Project Manager to work for a well-known and renowned E-commerce firm which is currently one of the world's leading consumer brands. THE ROLE The role of the Delivery Lead concentrates on end-to-end delivery, governance and quality within all projects and initiatives both in Technology and the wider business. The successful candidate will have sound Agile project management experience who can deliver full end to end project management services, assertively manage 3rd parties, be conversant with the latest technologies, challenge ways of working, has strong stakeholder management and communication skills, has experience of managing teams across locations (incl. international), and can provide leadership across the delivery community. RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate the prioritization of pipeline demand with your team, Product Manager and all Stakeholders keeping the Delivery Manager abreast of any challenges Lead and inspire staff within the teams to ensure the right opportunities are given to enable growth Ensure capabilities within the teams are constantly assessed and developed to enable quality, timely delivery Operate effective pipeline governance, ensuring appropriate representation and engagement with key stakeholders across the business ensuring the right software is built, that it is built right, and that the business case for it still stands up given the speed of delivery Using Adaptive Planning methods provide a planning forecast that enables visibility of business deliverables that can be monitored and tracked against Produce accurate and complete project reporting in accordance with the reporting cycle in addition to providing day-to-day information for stakeholders as required Identify and manage risks, issues and constraints, escalating those that cannot be resolved within the teams to the Delivery Manager, Head of Delivery or Stakeholders (dependent upon nature of issue) Ensure constant transparency and visibility of all work through the use of workplace visualisation techniques and supporting electronic tracking tools ensuring the synchronisation of both Help the teams to remove blockers and use forward planning techniques to reduce the impact of dependencies THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Background in E-commerce or Retail or Finance Someone who is very dedicated to working within an Agile environment 3 years of experience of leading staff through coaching enabling growth Extensive hands on experience of working in a Lean and Agile environment This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression.
