Service Desk Analyst - 2 Month Contract - Competitive Pay My Cheltenham based client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join them on an initial 2 Month Contract . The role offers a ccompeitive rate of pay, realistic extention possibilities and an Opportunity to work within a Diverse and Dynamic environment for a Market Leading Organisation. As a Service Desk Analyst you will: Provide 1st and 2nd Line support via Phone, Email and Face-to-Face Issue Procedure, Configuration and Training Documentations Be first point of contact for End Users so, a pleasant demeanour and excellent customer facing skills are a must. Key Requirements: 3 Years exprience working 1st/2nd line support 3 Years Experience in hardware maintenance / PC Builds An in depth knowledge of windows 7 Configuration and Support Advanced Microsoft Office 2010 Support Experience Be a clear and Effective Communicator Experience with Citrix XenApp If you have most of the above requirements please submit your CV's for immediate consideration and feedback.
