Bryanston has a new and exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced professional to join our Estates department in this newly created position. Reporting to the Estates Bursar, you will ensure the efficient management, development and operational running of the Estates department in support of the school, including the direct management of a team of maintenance staff and estates office staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering maintenance and infrastructure projects from inception to completion, in a medium size organisation such as a school, hospital or military unit. IT literate and possessing a firm knowledge of current relevant legislation including Health and Safety matters you will, in addition, have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to flexibly manage multiple tasks, drive workflows, identify problems at the outset and implement solutions accordingly. Bryanston offers a generous remuneration package, commensurate with experience, in a fantastic working environment for the right candidate. The role is full-time, year-round. Bryanston School is an independent boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 13 to 18, set in a 400-acre site near Blandford Forum in Dorset.
