They are now seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join their internal team, supporting their consultants and staff at their head office. You will be an integral part of their IT team, supporting and delivering their technology, which is vital to their consultant’s success This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing entrepreneurial business, which will provide you with the opportunity to support leading edge technology. You will need to be keen to learn new technologies and understand new systems, whilst owning IT issues and delivering a first class service. Essential Technical Skills: Working knowledge of: · Active Directory administration · Microsoft’s Desktop Application Suite, primarily Office 2013, Outlook 2013 · Microsoft’s Client Operating Systems, primarily Windows 7/8/8. · Good understanding of Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Office 365 and Network/Firewall management. · Knowledge of ITIL methodology. Desired Technical Skills: · FreshDesk/FreshService Helpdesk or other Service Desk Applications. · Laptop hard drive imaging and recovery. · Supporting Sony and/or Fujitsu Laptops. · VOIP Systems Administration. · Knowledge of SharePoint administration. Additional Skills Required: · Excellent customer service skills. · Have the drive and tenacity to take ownership of issues from start to finish. · Ability to stay calm, even when under pressure, and promote a professional impression to our customers. · Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and complex issues to non-technical people. · Ability to prioritise workload effectively to deliver the best possible customer service and ensure that the customer always comes first. · Ability to work independently and under general direction.
