IT Support Engineer (Mac & Windows) Permanent Central London based Up to £22,000 per annum Benefits: Contributory Pension, Season ticket loan, 20 days holiday (extra day for every year worked up to 5 years), company incentives etc. H&R Talent are seeking an IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis for an IT Solutions company based in Central London. The role will be roughly 70% Mac and 30% Windows based support, this should even out to 50/50 split over time, therefore the ideal candidate will have cross- platform experience with both Mac and Windows. You will be supporting a wide variety of clients from Designers, Financial & Education. Key Skills: MAC OS & Windows Proven record within a support desk environment Minimum 1 year commercial IT experience The role will be largely providing support over the telephone, remotely and via email. The Service desk is a team of 4, and the role will be extremely varied and are looking for an individual who can think on their feet and excel within a fast- paced environment. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm. On-call may be required 1 week in every 4 which is payable in addition to your current salary.
