Electronic Warfare Trainer - EW Military product experience Leading company in the defence space looking for experience working with EW Military products, field deployment & operation. Training experience NOT essential, however you will need to be a confident communicator able to explain how products work and develop training materials to deliver. You must be SC Clearable so if not lived and worked in the UK for 5 years, this will not be appropriate. Primary Purpose of the Position What we do matters. In short we work to make the world safer. The post holder will support the Training Manager in all aspects of ECM Training development and delivery. Main Duties of the Position Design, prepare, produce and deliver training packages at an appropriate level in line with contracted customer requirements. Carry out training of customer's staff, and internal staff, on current EW products. Training will be delivered either at base sites or customer's sites, both in the UK and overseas Provide support to the sales team during demonstrations and exhibitions Provide advice and support on product training matters to all divisions Assist with the preparation and conduct of field equipment trials in order to develop optimal capability and performance Assist with the development of EW products which scope, identify and meet Defence customer requirements Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Essential: Specialist experience in field deployment and operation of military EW equipment A good knowledge of the tactics, techniques and procedures associated with EW operations Development of training material and standard operating procedures Experience of delivering successful training in high technology professional and/or military products Sound working knowledge of modern radio communications principles and associated technologies Ability to work as part of a multi discipline team Computer literate - with sound working knowledge of MS Windows and Office Highly Desirable: Desirable: Recognised training qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS or equivalent) Operational experience using deployed Electronic Counter Measures equipment Experience of Satellite communications equipment Knowledge of worldwide terrorist tactics Special Features The role also requires the successful candidate to have these additional essential qualities: The flexibility to work in a dynamic company with a wide product range, and approach their work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude Be able to manage their own schedule and workload Possess good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively work with staff from shop floor to board level, and interface directly with customers, displaying a calm, polite and professional demeanour at all times.
