Project Coordinator: An ambitious, motivated individual is required to join a leading provider of revenue generation solutions to Mobile Network Operators. This is an exciting opportunity to manage internal request fulfilment and coordinate projects across the company's change management function. The role plays an important part in delivering the functional strategy, which underpins the company's business strategy. Through a key focus on facilitating change to maximise business efficiency and customer intimacy, the role holder is able to help drive competitive advantage and assist the organisation in meeting its growth targets. The company routes and delivers hundreds of millions of SMS messages globally each month, managed from its operations in the UK, Australia, and Singapore. Responsibilities: - The co¬ordination and reporting of cross functional tasks - Ensuring the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle - Assist the Project Manager and Stakeholders in the production and maintenance of project plans - Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems - Develop and implement appropriate configuration management procedures - Co¬ordinate the production of all reports and produce project summary reports - Set up and maintain systems for recording project costs - Define and document procedures in accordance with agreed methodology - Advise and assist project team members in the application of project procedures, disciplines, recording and reporting standards - Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records - Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the project teams - Internal request management and fulfilment within SLA's and/or to project deadlines Skills & Experience: - 2 years in a similar role within the technology industry - Co¬ordination of tasks across multiple teams - Degree or equivalent qualification - Experience of working with key stakeholders across departments within an organisation - Working knowledge of project management methodologies including Prince2 and Agile - Excellent written and oral business communication skills with technical writing skills - Strong problem solving skills and experience - Customer focused - Team worker, creative thinker and proactive This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator to take a stake in transforming this exciting fast growing business.
