Working within the luxury branded lifestyle sector, you will be joining a young and rapidly evolving business at a pivotal point in the Company’s growth. You will undertake a multi faceted role which will incorporate the full management of the Company’s day to day accounting function, managing the day to day transactional duties through to the production of Management reports to assist strategic decision making from a financial capacity. You will also be heavily involved in the operational management of the business, managing all aspects of the supply chain process from stock control through to order fulfillment. About The Role Management and support of Administration and Accounts staff Raising of sales invoices Maintain supplier/creditor ledger - matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes and posting invoices Posting of supplier payments and reconciliation to supplier statements Posting of client payments to Sales ledger Dealing with Credit control including sending regular statements to clients Posting other bank payments and receipts and reconciliation of all bank accounts on a weekly basis Posting of all expenses Month end management accounts Liaising with external accountants and HMRC as and when required VAT Returns Review and develop accounting systems Manage all aspects of the supply chain process – promptly and accurately processing the sales orders including the allocation of available stock Managing third party relationships to ensure timely order fulfilment Stock control – managing stock levels and forecast stock movements to ensure the timely procurement of new stock Working closely with the Production Manager and external suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of product About You Ideally you will have demonstrative experience within an SME business, undertaking a multi faceted role which has included managing the finance and operational function. Your experience should include management of the supply chain process to include stock control, procurement and order fulfillment. Ideally you will have strong exposure of dealing with overseas suppliers.
