Purpose of the role: One of our Clients is looking for an individual to act as a Team Leader for the Senior Systems Engineers and Systems Engineers, ensuring all chosen aspects of ITIL that are pertinent to IT Services within the organization are performed to ensure that the business runs smoothly and the lights are always on. This role will form key relationships with the Service Managers, the wider IT Services and Business Change teams. The areas include, but are not limited to: Incident Management, Problem Management, Access Management, Release and Deployment Management, Change Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Supplier Management, Information Security Management, Service Level Management and Relationship Management This role will need to build and recruit a new team to insource the systems support from incumbent Managed Service Provider. Developing all processes and procedures to support excellent service to the Business. Requirements of the role: Essential 5 years technical experience Team Leader experience Use of ITSM Toolset Incident Management and Problem Management Experience Experience of supporting SME customers of similar scale to client ITIL Foundation Very Strong documentation skills e.g. Visio, high and low level design documentation, operational documentation Good supplier relationship management Excellent communication skills Good time and priority management Desirable for the role: Experience in Infrastructure, Servers, IaaS.
