HR Operations Partner / HR Advisor London based covering two sites based in Heston & Gatwick £35,000 - £37,000 per annum plus car allowance & benefits My key client is currently seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner/ HR Advisor HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC, home based covering two sites in Gatwick & Heston who is able to manage their own time and diaries. As the HR Operations Partner/ HR Advisor you will be responsible for all HR activities at both sites. Role Outline of the HR Operations Partner/ HR Advisor: To provide pragmatic, operational HR support to Senior Management / Managers within the organisation in line with Company approach, procedures and legal requirements. To promote the Group HR Model and assist the HR department to deliver added value to the business through providing commercially focused solutions that help meet business objectives. Skills & Experience: Build strong, professional relationships with senior manages helping them deal with all HR activities. Provide commercially focused advice and support to Managers on all Employee Relations issues in line with Company procedures including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues. Raise and improve business/Managers awareness of current and new Employment Legislation as well as other corporate initiatives. Produce Monthly HR report and accurate statistics for HR Manager by the required deadlines. Analyse and Identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness and cost savings with the Business unit(s) supported. Effective, timely management of Employment Tribunal claims within business area(s), including formulation of ET3 responses and preparation of bundles and witness statements, attending case management discussions and presenting at tribunal hearing as appropriate. As the ideal candidate, you will be CIPD qualified, have a wealth of experience around complex ER casework and have lead on change management initiatives such as TUPE, redundancies and restructuring projects. Key Requirements of the HR Operations Partner / HR Advisor: Experienced HR generalist having worked in a regional or multisite role. A minimum of two years operational HR experience, supporting managers in all aspects of HR Demonstrate experience at a similar level within a HR function Good Employment Law knowledge Attention to detail Flexible approach to work Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development This is a multi-site regional role and will require travel to Heston & Gatwick.
