In this York based role you will develop, analyse, distribute and provide operational insights into Customer Service Management Information (MI) to meet the requirements of the Regional Service Centres (RSCs) and the Customer Services Division. You will maintain and develop MI systems to maximise their effectiveness and support with operational efficiency in the service centres. You will develop, control, distribute and analyse scheduled and bespoke ad-hoc MI, reports and dashboards that meet business requirements within given timescales, to drive continuous improvement through informed decision making. You will also provide company MI reports to identify gaps and potential MI improvements that bring enhanced quality of the MI to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement in service within the RSCs. You must have excellent attention to detail, as you will be collating data in a consistent and reliable manner. You will also be expected to monitor Regional / Departmental budgets / expenses providing regular updates to Senior Management. To be considered for this role, you must have 5 GCSE's or equivalent at C or above including Maths and English Language. You must also have an IT qualification to the equivalent of A-Level or similar. We are looking for someone with experience of collecting and analysing Management Information and experience of producing MI in report, tabular and graphical formats. You must also have experience of communications MI effectively to a range of stakeholders and experience of applying database manipulation skills.
