Contract Requirement Service Desk Analyst Venn Group are working with an Educational organisation based in London who are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be responsible for the functionality of all IT Systems across four Academies. Rate: 80 per day Duration: 2 months initially Location: London Service Desk Analyst Essential skills: Service Desk Analyst experience - Ideally in an Academy, School, or College Windows 7/8/10 - installation, maintenance and trouble shooting Engaging with IT users - using a helpdesk portal Installing and Configuring hardware, telephone, printers and scanners The successfully Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for: Supporting around 1,200 desktops and 2,500 users across the Academies Providing a high standard of ICT support, systems and tools to facilitate learning If you are interested in this position and available on short notice or immediately please send your updated CV to or call 020 7557 7667.
