Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate with or without internship experience to join our team and develop a career in Business Intelligence. This role will be responsible for working across defined Business Units to define and implement initiatives to improve sales force and marketing effectiveness through data analysis and the development and maintenance of models, tools and insights. Taking direction from the Business Intelligence Lead, this role will provide insight to stakeholders to help inform and challenge their current/ planned strategies and tactics. It will also be responsible for delivering specific projects to improve commercial effectiveness. The role will provide ad hoc analysis to drive a deeper understanding of potential strategic and tactical decisions. The role will support the development, maintenance and training of UKI Business Intelligence reporting and Customer re tools. Essential Job Functions: Delivery of sales, Sales verses Target and incentives reporting Delivery and ongoing management/training of Sales force/ Marketing effectiveness tools (including Pulse) Provide business/ market insights as required to inform proactive decision making. To interpret data and provide themes to ensure the sales strategy is enabled and/or recommend changes in direction leveraging feedback from internal/ external partners. Ad hoc analyses to support all levels of UKI decision making Requirements: Degree qualified in a relevant subject (Maths, Statistics, Business, or Marketing) Post graduate qualification in related area also preferable Proven analytical capability and aptitude for project management Competencies: Ability to communicate effectively Ability to manage conflicting priorities Advanced numerical and analytical ability Data handling capability Advanced MS Excel skills and proficient in MS Office packages (PowerPoint, Word, Access) Committed to providing accurate and insightful intelligence to the business and dedication to progressing the BI capability and competency in the UKI to drive competitive advantage This job was originally posted as
