An exciting opportunity has arisen; we are currently looking for a Soft Services Account Manager reporting to the Regional Manager, as an Account Manager, you will be on the peak of your career, either as an existing Account Manager or as a seasoned Multi Site/Contract/Cluster Manager. This role will offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£34,000 with car and fuel card. Preferably with a soft services, facilities management background covering all spectrums, reception and mail room services, cleaning, security, pest control, water and landscaping. You must be very well-presented and process very strong customer service skills and capable of meeting clear KPI’s and SLA’s. Candidates will: • Maintain and takes ownership of service delivery and contract performance with adequate staffing and equipment within budget, offering 100% proactive and reactive support to meet the clients needs. • Ensure that a Continuous Improvement is an integral part of service delivery increasingly adding value to both the business and the client. • Support the continuous review of supplier services and product range to provide best practice integrated services • Ensure timesheets and wages paperwork is processed in accordance with company procedures and deadlines in line with budgetary constraints. • Recruit and On board new operatives in line with company procedures and client requirements. Support and lead the introduction of operational best practice into your contracts. • Be fully aware of the company’s disciplinary and grievance procedure and conduct formal meetings with employees and their representatives. • Mobilise new contracts under the guidance of Commercial and Senior Management, including purchasing and staff consultation as well as client liaison. • Complete regular quality audits and log them using the company helpdesk system. • Respond to reactive issues within agreed timeframes and report back to client and company helpdesk system. • Experience in multiple site cleaning contract management • Person management experience • Demonstrate knowledge of contract pricing and budgets. • Flexibility and will to work long and unsociable hours as the job demands. • Willing to take a direct hands on approach to maintain service • Communication with all levels, up to the Board • Delivering great customer service • Managing service providers from client or supplier perspective • Managing large Corporate environments • Leadership skills • Communication skills • Stakeholder management • IT literate: MS Office • IOSH/BIFM qualifications or equivalents This job was originally posted as
