Branch Manager required to join an established, privately owned domiciliary care provider who provide home care and support for older adults in and around the Birmingham area. Currently providing over 2000 hours of care locally , this organisation prides itself on high quality care and support, ensuring that choice, dignity and independence is always promoted. As branch manager, you will predominantly be office based, however there will be a requirement for you to attend client assessment, share the 'on call' rota and attend external meetings with healthcare professionals. Your duties as branch manager will include active care management, care and support planning, staff supervisions, recruitment and training. You will drive forward service improvements and business development, and most importantly inspire and motivate your staff team to promote person centred care and support. To apply for the branch manager role , you will be an organised, professional and care focussed manager who leads by example and is willing to go the extra mile for the people you support and the people you manage. You will already be an established branch manager and possess a comprehensive understanding of the domiciliary care sector . In terms of qualifications, a formal care management qualification is essential to apply for this role, as is a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. In return for your extensive knowledge and experience, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary in the region of £25000 to £29000 per annum.
