Python Developer - Lead - Agile/Kanban/LEAN Lead Python Developer urgently needed by a startup based in East London. They have built an incredible messaging platform with some unique features which have helped them to gain many customers in financial services. They are now looking to build new features and break into new markets. The Lead Python Developer who joins this team will have a varied workload, but the main focus will be likely to be building new features. Their full tech stack includes: Python, Flask, Celery, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, AWS, Azure and Angular on the front-end. This role would suit a Lead Python Developer who lives and breathes Agile, they are in the process of adopting new Agile processes across their teams. This position is needed to head up a small team of 3 very talented Python Developers and drive Agile best practice and adoption. Ensuring that tests are written before development starts, conducting code reviews and leading the standups/sprints. Ideally you will have experienced LEAN/Kanban but the flavour of your Agile experience isn't important. This is an amazing opportunity for a Lead Python Developer to drive best practice and gain more management responsibility, this role will be part of the senior management team and be able to affect the future direction of the product roadmap, technology stack and technical team.
