HomeServe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Reward and Benefits team on a temporary basis. This role will be based in Walsall, and will be for an anticipated duration of 5 months. About the Role As Data Analyst, you’ll be supporting with our pay and benefits data analysis to ensure that we attract and retain the right People for our business. Duties to include creating and maintaining spreadsheets, supporting with the modelling and analysis of pay and benefits data and producing graphs, charts and reports to communicate the results of analysis undertaken, plus other duties as required. In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, and benefits to include major retailer and online discounts, free parking and more About You You may come from a HR, BI or Finance background, but what’s essential is that you’re a real whizz on Excel, with advanced skills to include complex formulas, IF statements, linked workbooks, graphs/charts, lookups and pivots. You’ll be familiar with modelling, analysing and interpreting large sets of complex data. Highly organised, and analytical, with a meticulous eye for detail. You’re confident working independently, flexible in your approach and able to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment. Experience of working in a HR environment, and a knowledge of reward and benefits would be beneficial, but not an essential requirement.
