Project Manager - Permanent - ( 160002GF ) Description We are looking for an experienced Business Change Project Manager to join the growing Business Improvement Group at HML, part of the Computershare Group, to support us in onboarding a series of new clients. We are looking for a range of experience to join our dynamic team to facilitate change and manage the development and execution of HML Business Change projects, contributing to the growth of the Computershare Group. This role is wide ranging and will provide the successful candidate with experience in all areas of HML, its clients and third parties. You will need to be a fast learner, adaptable and dedicated in order to cope with this broad and challenging role. Main Responsibilities Working as part of the Business Improvement Group you will be responsible for ensuring that Business Change Projects meet the business need, to the correct standard of quality, to time and cost. You will be responsible for the project producing a result that is capable of achieving the benefits defined in the Business Case. The role holder will manage, multiple functional projects/work packages deploying a variety of sources of resource often remote from one another. Projects may require full lifecycle delivery from initiation to close out. The Ideal Candidate Educated to degree level or relevant experience. Prince 2 accredited or similar industry recognised standard. Proven planning skills with evidence provided of managing change as part of a Business Change project. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. An understanding of project management disciplines, methods and standards. Able to work in a fast paced environment and part of a cross functional team, providing leadership and guidance to team members. Driven to obtain the right solution. Additional Information Salary: Competitive Working Pattern: Based on your contracted hours (35 hours per week FTE) you will work a fixed working pattern Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, remaining flexible for business need.
