A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a smart and enthusiastic PPC specialist to join our UK Traffic Team. This is an exciting role for a candidate with a sound understanding of PPC & digital marketing to demonstrate their analytical and creative talents in one of most competitive traffic sectors in the UK. Overall Purpose of the Job Outsmart the competition. How? By planning, building and running in house PPC campaigns that deliver relevant jobseekers and advertisers to our sites in a clever, effective and efficient way. This will involve… Delivering best practice PPC campaigns for to deliver strong CPC and conversion performance Extracting the most out of your traffic budgets Analysing industry trends and competitor activity Reporting performance results to the UK PPC Manager Duties and responsibilities Optimisation Daily optimisation to maintain performance alongside KPI goals and targets including: On-going keyword research, expansion and bid management. Ad text writing and A/B testing to achieve Click-through-Rate (CTR) targets. Landing page optimisation. Testing new BETA releases before public release Performance Reporting Regularly track performance alongside KPI goals, targets, competitors and market Skills Required Minimum 12 months of running successful PPC campaigns and exceeding targets Experience of Adwords and Web analytics packages (Adobe Analytics / SiteCatalyst preferable) Analytical and confident at dealing with large data sets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a high level of English grammar Experienced user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, charts and formulae desirable but not essential) Enthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact well within a team environment Passionate about digital marketing and ambitious to develop Experience running display or social campaigns desirable but not essential About us The team & department We all share a common purpose to deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers and have therefore created a ‘traffic centre of excellence’.
