Data Analyst (SQL Server) Based in Central London Paying up to £35,000 plus benefits including bonus, healthcare and pension An established media company is looking for a SQL Developer to be based from their offices in central London. The role will focus mainly on database administration and analysis with a small amount of client support. Main responsibilities include: Using MsSQL and MySQL on a daily basis Supporting the management and maintenance of data processes within the system Writing stored procedures as well as interpreting, cleaning and filtering data Assisting the DBA where necessary The role also includes working on the development side of the product. You will also work closely with the client services team to respond to client requests and queries. To be considered for this role you must have: 2 years experience of working with Relational Databases (e.g. SQL Server) involving writing queries and stores procedures Proven working experience as a Data Analyst Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to prioritise, problem solving skills and understanding source data structures essential Experience of data management and exceptional analytical skills essential Communication skills and ability to present data and complex ideas in easy to understand manner Knowledge of the Media Industry an advantage, not essential Strong customer service skills and confident telephone manner essential This SQL Developer/Data Analyst role is paying a salary up to £35,000 plus benefits (listed above).
