The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be tasked with selling via a brokerage channel, dealing with IFAs, solicitors and accountancy firms; this new role is an even split between account management and business development, You will be setting up meetings with brokers with a high margin/low volume sales approach, dealing with both one-off transactions and repeat business.
The Company: Looking to expand their sales team by 100% in the next 12 months, this dynamic organisation is enjoying some great success. They have just over a decade of excellence in the provision of commercial and residential mortgages and development finance, and now seek a new Business Development Manager to join their team.
Your Career: Typically the next step up from this role is into a Regional Sales Manager position, and you will also receive full company and product training.
For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Strong field sales skills
- A track record of B2B sales through a dealer channel is essential
- You will have superb interpersonal and networking skills
