Account Director - London - £55k Account Director is needed ASAP to join this global media agency in central London. My client has multiple offices in UK, Europe, USA and ASIA, and is the world’s largest and most respected communications agency specialising exclusively in the technology sector. The Account Director role: -Responsible for effective relationship between agency and client -Quality of all deliverables and the management and growth of clients -Responsible for management and developments of staff -Line managing, inspiring and nurturing the Account Managers / Execs Account Director Responsibilities: -Lead a group of accounts as a profitable business within the agency -Build the trust of your clients and become the senior ‘go to’ person -Lead the development of data driven strategies -Digital media; display, lead generation/acquisition, content syndication and media partnerships -Generate ideas that incorporate new media/new technology use -Deliver offline media; print, OOH and broadcast at times -Understand and incorporate biddable media (executed by our Performance Team) -Lead, motivate and mentor your team. -Develop and present agency work in a clear and persuasive way -Manage the quality control of team output at all times -Ensure your team adheres to agency best practice -Engage in scope of work negotiations with existing clients when required -Provide financial reporting on client performance to the management team -Partner with new business team on incoming pitches/briefs Skills: -5 years of market experience -Technology industry, experience ideally through tech clients -Ability to network effectively within the industry -Ability to analyse a client’s business issues and obtain their trust -Ability to suggest strategic and tactical solutions to reaching their objectives -Develop clear strategies to grow accounts and create business opportunities -Display understanding of media and produce integrated media campaigns -Abreast of industry and marketplace trends For full employer and package details contact Steve Lee – 07500 894 611 This job was originally posted as
