I'm looking for two dedicated waking night staff on a permanent basis to work with children and young people Your new company You will be working for the areas premier provider of care and support for young people with autism. Your new role You will be operating on a waking nights shift pattern of 4 nights on 4 nights off. You will be working as part of a dedicated team of waking night support workers. You will be based in Shrewsbury and will be working 35 hours per week on a rolling rota. Your shift will start at 10:00am and finish at 8:00am What you'll need to succeed You will need experience working in a similar environment with children and young people. You will need to be dedicated, committed and professional at all times. You will need to be a responsible adult with good time keeping and communication skills. A care based qualification is desirable but not essential. What you'll get in return You will receive an excellent salary of £16,475 to £17,250 based on 35 hours per week. You will be working a shift pattern of 4 days on 4 days off and will receive continued support with professional training and development.
