HR Manager The Job: Reporting directly to the General Manager the successful candidate will provide a Human Resources function for the hotel, ensuring that company policies & procedures are applied and that the company's core values are maintained. The role is all about employee engagement and training & development and advising on employee relations and any relevant paperwork The Client: A very stylish four-star hotel with 100 bedrooms The Essential Skills: Previous experience operating at HR Manager level within a similar sized property or a strong HR Officer at a very large hotel property Possess proven track record of identifying & recruiting talented hospitality individuals Deliver the Learning & Development strategy Possess good knowledge of Health & Safety Procedure and Fire Procedure Completion of required HR administration Ensure compliance with group policies and procedure Drive employee engagement Ensure Payroll is managed correctly working with the Accounts team Possess excellent communication skills The Desirable Skills: CIPD qualification or working towards Practical knowledge of employment legislation Experience in building teams and strong working relationships.
