Interim HR Business Partner / Organizational Design Consultant – (6 Months to start with). £60K An exciting HR Business Partner role with an Organizational Design focus, joining an interesting project in a fantastic professional services organization where change has become the ‘norm’. The leader of this project is very ‘altruistic’ so the incumbent of this role will learn lots and will be able to develop their experience very quickly. They have also created an engaging and compelling story around the change project, and this role is ‘pivotal’ to some of the next stages (There will be some International work). This HR Business Partner / Organizational Design Consultant role will take on the part of the project that will challenge current HR processes and practices, and make recommendations and then facilitate implementation. The company has the appetite to make changes, so this is a great opportunity to make things happen and to shape the way HR operates, but also undertake wider reaching more commercial projects. Candidates: Grad / Grad Calibre must have some solid HR generalist experience or HR Business Partner experience and some Organizational Design experience. Applicants must demonstrate excellent project management skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ‘gravitas’ to pick up this part of the larger project very quickly, but also the energy and enthusiasm to facilitate change and be able to capture the ‘hearts and minds’ of employees.
