We currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Kettering who have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist with Payroll knowledge to work closely with the HR Manager. This role will be a dual sited role supporting the Kettering and Rushden sites. The successful candidate will provide first line support to the Site Management Teams in relation to all aspects of HR while also being responsible for payroll and any pay related issues or queries. Duties and Responsibilities: - Payroll - Recruitment and Selection - On-boarding and induction - Learning & Development - HR systems and reporting - Advice and Guidance - Absence Management - Leaver Administration - General Administration - Policy and procedure review and development - Coach and support line managers The ideal candidate will have worked within a HR/Payroll environment for at least two years with demonstrable experience with in a similar Generalist role with knowledge of HR and payroll processes including pension submissions and PAYE conditions.
