The Challenge: Smart Solutions are looking for a dynamic and driven Accounts Manager to join our successful team. 

Summary of the role You will be working for Smart Solutions and will report to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the running of specific sites including the management of all staff involved in servicing our client. As the Account Manager you will be based from one of our client's sites with regular visits to the additional sites within the set region. You will be responsible for the operational control of the contract and ensuring that all target KPI's are met.

The Person: You will have a good level of recruitment experience and an adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is essential. You will have previous experience as either team leader or supervisor and experience in a waste recycling or production environment would be advantageous.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform under pressure as well as being able to manage your own time in order to deliver service requirements across multi-site locations. Good organisational and communication skills are a must and you need to be comfortable with working to deadlines. If you are someone with initiative, drive and enthusiasm with the ability to motivate others and communicate with people then this could be the job for you.
