Job Title: L&D Advisor Salary: £32,000 to £37,000 and excellent benefits Location: Swindon (Commutable from Bristol, Bath & Gloucester, Wiltshire, Oxford)- Field Based Our Client is looking for an experienced L&D Advisor to join the Learning and Development team based at their Head Office in Swindon. Reporting into the Head of L&D, the main purpose of the role will be to plan, coordinate and deliver learning and development interventions and tools across the business at various sites. You will proactively work with managers across the organisation, providing guidance and support as well as administering and reporting on all L&D activities within the business. Main Accountabilities: Design Learning & Development tools and solutions for Behavioural and technical skills in line with business needs. Support the delivery of L&D programmes across various sites and Head Office Provide an internal consultancy service to key stakeholders in the business with regards to training needs and solutions Undertake Training needs analysis Benchmark training solutions against external solutions to ensure forward thinking approaches Involvement in succession planning and internal talent management Adhoc L&D projects and interventions as required and identified. The Requirements for the Role Strong experience in designing and delivering learning and development programmes in a blue chip, corporate, head office environment Background in training Confident and articulate with an ability to deliver innovative and engaging training interventions Exceptional stakeholder management skills and highly consultative approach Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction Relevant training/ CIPD qualifications would be desirable but not essential Strong PC skills including Microsoft packages and E-Learning software Driving Licence: Required to hold a valid UK drivers licence. Ability to travel within the UK and abroad with overnight stays as and when required.
