An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join a fantastic company based in Horsham. To be considered for this opportunity you must have service desk experience. Working hours are Mon - Friday covering between 7am - 7pm (with the odd saturday thrown in on a rota which would mean you would have a day off in the week) As a Service Desk Analyst you will have the following Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - Customer service experience (Essential) - Previous Helpdesk experience providing 1st line technical support - Active Directory experience - Must hold a full UK Licence due to site location - Citrix experience would be an advantage - Server experience would be an advantage Job role for a Service Desk Analyst/1st Line support engineer Primarily end user support in a Windows based environment but will be supporting 3rd party applications which they will get training on The team deal with around 4000 calls a month so you will need to come from a similar size background Must have proven service desk experience and most importantly be reliable So if you are an experienced Service desk Analyst/1st Line support engineer with the above skills/experience and live close to Horsham, West Sussex then please apply today This job was originally posted as
