Devise and deliver quarterly reports to key stakeholders Track and monitor local campaigns Partner closely with the Operations team Duties and Responsibilities: Researching local areas, demographics, markets and customer to identify and plan marketing activity within your region Developing, implementing and sustaining local marketing plans/ activity for each nursery across a range of media - including digital, PR and local opportunities Briefing the creative department in a timely manner to ensure artwork is created, proofed and signed off ahead of deadlines Support your portfolio with the promotion of national open events Complete regular competitor analysis, reporting any identified discrepancies to the Marketing Manager Recommended Education/ Experience/ Skills: Marketing qualification - degree level and above, or equivalent Direct Marketing experience Full driving license, with access to own transport Experience in service/ multi-site marketing Excellent communication skills Excellent project management and organisational skills Confident and capable of working independently and remotely from the wider Marketing team. Due to the nature of this role, you will be field based travelling between the Nurseries in your region in and around the M25. You will also be required to travel to our Great Portland Street, London office and occasionally travel to our Rushden, Northamptonshire office. This is a full time position, with working hours being Monday to Friday - 8.30am/ 9am to 5pm/ 5.30pm. Salary will be dependent on experience. Because of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
