Would you like to play a part in making this happen? You’ll join as an Operations Manager to oversee the activities of our large Sports Information Broadcast team, optimising the content of our channels to ensure our offers are enticing and make good business sense. We broadcast TV and radio, both online and in-shop from our state-of-the-art studio in Leeds. This is the hub from which we design and develop exciting sports media, giving our customers up to date information about the sports they love to bet on. You’ll spend time building close relationships with stakeholders including our Trading and Marketing teams and working with business leaders to set our strategy and vision. Essential skills/behaviours This role’s going to suit someone who lives and breathes betting or broadcasting – ideally you’ll have work experience of either and a passion for both. You’ll work in a live studio environment and be immersed in sporting data every day, so it’s vital that you can prioritise and make swift business decisions based on your expert knowledge. You must be familiar with retail and online media platforms and betting products, and have a creative and innovative approach to exceeding customers’ expectations. We’re looking for a strong leader and manager who can provide development and support to our team.
