IT Support Analyst Permanent Up to £26,000 per annum Based in Central London Benefits: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, profit share & bonus, company pension. H&R Talent are seeking an IT Support Analyst on a permanent basis for a prestigious property company based in Central London, providing support to their 150 internal users working within a team of 4 reporting to the IT Manager. As you will be joining a small team, your day to day duties will be extremely varied, some of your duties may include: 1 st , 2 nd & some 3 rd Line fault resolutions, (although escalating to a 3 rd Line Engineer if required), new starter basic inductions, new starter and leave admin tasks, desktop and laptops replacements/ upgrades and deployments, setting up, configuring and support for mobile devices, AV Support, administration of Active Directory inc GPO, Exchange 2013 and VMWare/ Hyper-V environment and firewall admin. Some of your other responsibilities could also include working on IT projects as well as creating/ reviewing and maintaining IT Documentation, Key Technical Skills: Windows 7 & 10 MS Office 2013 Windows Server 2008 R2 & 2012 Active Directory inc GPO Exchange 2010/ 2013 VMWare ESXi Vsphere 5/ Microsoft Hyper-V iphones, android devices, blackberries Citrix The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and the right candidate will be given the opportunity to work with all the latest technologies.
