About the Role As a Junior Creative Designer you will support the design and creative processes within the studio by picking up simple design work, developing into more significant creative. This role will also support the creative designer as required. You will assist in design, implementation and continuously helping to develop cutting edge work for the business Working closely with the marketing team you will propose new ideas and innovative ways for the company to refresh its branding to retain a modern and fresh image Taking an active part in design and creative when required Liaise with the Marketing team to discuss changes as they occur Working alongside and assisting with all aspects of design, from concept brainstorming to prototyping You will undertake artworking of existing creative templates About You Essential Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Proven design skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise, with a sense of urgency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Demonstrable negotiation skills Desirable knowledge of a regulated environment HomeServe has a people charter that describes the behaviours that we expect our people to demonstrate.
