The selected candidate will provide assistance to the Sales Director and Sales Managers RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include advancing the companies on Amazon through the planning, execution, and measurement of various marketing and merchandising vehicles. You will lead the policies and practices to "win" on Amazon while working directly with sales managers and brand leaders on programs and initiatives. The position will require strategic thinking, an ability to execute, financial acumen, customer interface skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally within the company. You will be responsible for the implementation across all EMEA markets of traffic building campaigns towards products, conversion growth campaigns, as well as trade marketing activities in the markets (product launches, promotions, and advertising campaigns). You will also conduct market research and track competitor’s activities. e-Commerce customer development: Manage promotions, deal buys, coupons and all other online marketing activities Update and maintaining accurate pricelist per customer Update and maintaining customer information and agreements in CRM systems Preparation and participation in fairs and customer events Keep all databases up to date Audit past results, optimize and innovate jointly with customers Marketplace analysis & insights: E-Shopper marketing, strategy, optimization, execution and analysis Assuring an optimal sales support for the sales team, customer and full customer satisfaction Track results of all promotional campaigns and share best practices across the sales team Prepare Reports (customer/marketplace Sales Reports, Budget Follow up per Key customer) Precise budget control (customers advertising budgets, programs, etc.) in order to assure that expenditures stay in line with the agreed budget Traffic and Conversion Campaign Management: Manage vendor and agency relationships. Monitor and report benchmarks and key success metrics per project/initiative throughout project lifecycles to allow for optimizations and necessary improvements. Conduct external research and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product listings and develop enhancements based on the results/ analysis. Create AB and Multivariate tests to continuously improve existing campaigns to drive higher conversion or engagement. Focus on growth acceleration and constantly refining the formula to win on Amazon. Ratings and reviews management: Implement Sampling Agreements and send out the samples Review customer feedbacks, follow-up on feedback and escalate repeat issues internally QUALIFICATIONS: Strong personal organization (accuracy and reliability), a good dose of common sense and willingness to work hard are absolute requisites, as you will work with minimal supervision. Must speak, read and write English at professional level, as well as one or more of the following: German, French, Italian, Spanish - preference will be given to multilingual candidates. Strong quantitative skills required. Expert knowledge of Excel (familiarity with pivot tables and complex formulas) - ability to build weekly reports and trackers requiring minimal manual updates. Any scripting skills towards task automation will give your candidacy an extra edge. Familiarity with Databases and Business Intelligence tools is also highly valuable. Readiness to work in a very dynamic and demanding environment, where processes are continuously reviewed and improved. Excellent communication and writing structure required. Proper professional writing in English and other work languages is a must. Degree in business, economics, information technologies or engineering preferred.
