We are currently on the lookout for reliable & hard working Front Office Manager to join a small country house hotel in Tetbury. The hotel is part of a small group of 9 high end hotels that spread across the Cotswolds providing all guests with a luxury experience. The hotel has 18 unique bedrooms and three restaurants; a stylish bar, a modern gastro style brasserie and a restaurant that has been awarded 2AA rosettes. Your role as a Front Office Manager will be to assist in the daily running of the front office. You will be responsible for representing this luxury hotel and dealing with guest’s enquiries, queries or complaints. This is a full time role with an immediate start.
