Your new company You will be working for an award winning consultancy firm who provide 24/7 HR support to small and medium sized businesses. Your new role You will be joining the organisation as a HR Consultant helping provide end to end telephone advice and support on a range of different human resource queries. This would be on issues such as; absence and sickness, terms and conditions, disciplinary and grievance, performance and misconduct, TUPE, redundancy, employee relations, recruitment etc. The role would also require a candidate to draft documents based on the advice given. What you'll need to succeed The right candidate needs to have experience advising employers on complex HR issues with at least 5 years' experience. They must also have a proactive mind-set and a keen eye to detail, alongside excellent written and oral communication skills.
