This is a new role within a growing IT Support Department to support end users with a Cloud Based Management System which is being rolled out across the business The successful candidate must be very organised and be able to work unsupervised and is a telephone based position to support non technical people across a number of sites There will be some administrative duties as part of this position, and the candidate must have exceptional communication skills and a first class telephone manner Any experience in a call logging system/help desk environment would be ideal and although a bespoke system so full training will be given, experience of troubleshooting and dealing with CRM Systems is essential This role will enable you to become a Super User of the system and the vast majority of the calls will be simple technical queries.
