Quality, Health & Safety Manager (QHSE) Manager Leading Company in Robotics Space Offering £7K Bonus The QHSE Manager supports the company's business objectives by developing, implementing and maintaining systems related to quality, health and safety and the company's environmental impact. The QHSE Manager is also responsible for the design, implementation and coordination of all QHSE related initiatives for the business. Quality Develop and implement the company's Quality Management System (QMA), leading to ISO 9001 accreditation Regularly review the QMS to ensure it remains up-to-date with, and relevant to, the company's business operations, seeking out and implementing improvement opportunities. Plan and conduct internal audits of documented procedures. Manage the Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) system. Assist in the creation and distribution of the monthly Company Performance Document (CPD). Organise, chair and minute regular Management Review meetings (MRMs), assigning actions where necessary and ensuring those actions are completed within timescales agreed with assignees. Identify any quality training requirements for employees. Devise, supervise and coordinate training programmes or media which will increase employee awareness of quality system issues and business efficiency and promote/reinforce a culture of quality. Liaise with certification bodies and manage external quality audits. Health & Safety: Develop and implement health & safety systems, policies and procedures, focusing on the prevention of incidents and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, contractors and visitors to the company. Regularly review internal health & safety policies and practices to ensure they are up-to-date with and conform to, the latest regulatory and company developments, seeking out and implementing improvement opportunities. Undertake, document and regularly review risk assessments required by the business. Lead investigation of all incidents or accidents (recordable incidents, near misses and first aid) and ensure proper record are completed and submitted to relevant authorities.
