Position: Business Development Manager Location: London Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped bonus The Opportunity A truly exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a leading Managed Print Services (MPS) and solutions based reseller in London. You will be joining an organisation that has seen a long period of double digit growth with investments being made to continue this success. You will be supported by the Internal Sales Team who will generate a percentage of the meetings you attend, develop and close. You will have access to the uncapped commission structure, car or car allowance, communication tools and more The Role In your role as Business Development Manager you will cover a region surrounding London, attending appointments arranged by the Internal Sales Team. You will work to understand the commercial growth of your region, manage your own pipeline, identify leads and formulate new relationships with your client base. Having developed an understanding of the company portfolio offerings, you will aim to up-sell and cross-sell at every opportunity in order to maximise profitability. The Required Skills and Experience To be successful as the external Business Development Manager, it is essential that you have a background in hardware or solution based sales. You will have a strong ability to recognise opportunities, up-sell or cross-sell with a view to closing in every meeting where possible. It is essential that you come from a successful field sales background, predominantly within the IT solutions based sector. Experience within Managed Print Services (MPS) is recognised as a major asset, however experience in other B2B field sales will be considered. You must have strong written communication skills, presentation skills and a proven track record of securing new business.
