Bookkeeper / Accounts Admin Clerk for a 9-month contract near Colchester starting early December 2016
Your new company
Located on the outskirts of Colchester (off A120) the Head Office of this expanding organisation require a Bookkeeper/Accounts Admin Clerk to undertake a 9-month maternity contract starting early December.
Your new role
In this temporary accounts job you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, raising sales invoices, reconciling various bank accounts and assist their Management Accountant in collating financial data at Month & Year-end. The role will also involve general administration including telephone calls, reception duties, dealing with the post and assist in arranging external training events, conferences which will involve preparing course papers and general correspondence. You will need to confident with Word, Excel and Sage Line 50
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in accounts to trial balance ideally using Sage Line 50 and be confident in dealing with general office administration. This will be a varied role therefore you must be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, be pro-active and be able to think ahead to anticipate issues etc.
