Prestigious Events Company located in the Central London, are seeking a Content Coordinator. The successful candidate would provide the highest possible levels of customer care and to sell the designated spaces and rooms at the iconic venue through effective matching of clients needs and building professional relationships. The position is Monday – Friday daytime hours. The venue has a great business mix of conferencing, dining, receptions, team away days, summer and Christmas parties and weddings. You will need to have worked within a corporate arena and understand the importance of creating strong relationships with key stakeholders. Day to day you will be responsible for the following: · Social Media strategy - Plan, develop and execute social media strategies for all brands and feed into the planning process for the wider business. · Social media campaigns – Develop social media campaigns in line with the marketing plan. · Training – develop training initiatives to give people the skills to set up and develop their own social media profiles. · Budget management – Manage relevant social budgets within agreed limits. · Digital content planning and delivery – working closely with the PR/Comms managers to develop and execute brand specific content plans that cover online content to drive greater awareness and increase lead generation · Sales support – support the sales team with social media advice and ideas and assist with email campaigns. · Measurement and analytics - Monitor and analyse all social media activity to ensure KPIs are met, and to develop activity accordingly to ensure continuous improvement · Monthly reporting on marketing activities – using data from Google Analytics and back end of social media platforms. · SEO – advise on the development and improvement of SEO across our brands · Competitor awareness – Maintain a sound knowledge of the competitive landscape · Content – Write SEO rich blog posts, and content across the board · Design – Designing basic in house marketing material – Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator · Attend weekly events, and take photos for social media · Monitor issues impacting on SEO and update the website in a timely manner as required · Liaise with web developers to make necessary fixes to the website · Build and maintain relationships with online partners · Work with our venues to assist in their marketing objectives · Attend and contribute to regular marketing meetings with key stakeholders · Maintain a sound knowledge of competitors and the online activity · Act as a brand guardian ensuring all content is in line with brand guidelines. · Report on improvements and updates needed to the Marketing Strategies · Come up with marketing strategies to drive sales in certain times of the year · Produce and distribute regular engaging email communications to the Marketing plan · Develop and implement content plans to improve SEO add value to prospective and existing clients, improve SEO, drive leads, enquiries and increase sales · Experience in PPC advertising Ideal candidate would have: · Google Analytics experience · Reporting on paid social media campaigns · Experience putting together marketing, content and social media strategies in line with to business requirements and advising on best practices · Experience using Mailchimp, designing and inputting data and reporting on delivery outcomes and projecting future improvements. · Knowledge in designing marketing collateral using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator · Proven experience in planning and executing the timely delivery of engaging content across the website and all social media channels · Experience using Word Press would be adventitious · Experience in SEO · Experience using Hoot-Suite This job was originally posted as
