You will be based out of Cardiff working for an interesting company in Cardiff who are currently going through an exciting period of growth. Due to this growth, a newly created position has become available for a Service Desk Analyst working on a shift basis. You will be the first point of contact for a large percentage of internal customers and providing excellent customer service and call handling. Your main job will be providing a call logging and basic technical support function to such callers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, Service Desk, Server Support, Infrastructure and Backup Support and Network Support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self starter with a broad awareness of IT Infrastructure and customer service experience. ITIL knowledge , Service Desk Experience, and knowledge of SLA's is a bonus. You will also be required to work night shifts. In return, you will be rewarded with £18,000 per annum plus £2,500 shift allowance. You will also be rewarded with a competitive benefits package including 25 days' annual leave, rising to 28 days after 5 years of service, a pension scheme of 3%, a bonus of 20% (10% Company performance 10% personal performance, annual salary review, life assurance and health cover.
